TÄ« Counselling and Supervision
Sometimes we all need a little more support

There are many of us,
Looking for that missing link,
That would connect the cogs.

What is Counselling?

Counselling which is also referred to as talking therapy involves talking to a trained professional.
It is a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences, learn coping strategies, and develop personal insight. Counselling is a process of self-discovery and growth.
When a strong therapeutic relationship is created with a skilled and empathetic counsellor, clients can feel supported while working towards deeper understanding, and positive outcomes.
What is Supervision?

Clinical supervision provides a safe and supportive environment for practitioners to reflect on their work, enhance their knowledge and skills, and identify areas for growth and development. Clinical supervision allows practitioners to receive feedback on their work and to learn from the experiences of others. It is an ongoing process that helps practitioners to stay up-to-date with best practices and to continually improve the care they provide to their clients.
